You will find a wealth of information relating to St Helens¡ history in this small building: screens, photos, working models, and many other bits-n-pieces will amaze and amuse you.

And if you like booklets, some of the older local identities of St Helens have provided their accounts and memories.

Want to know more about family genealogy? Then the History Room is also the place to visit.

The History Room has also made itself responsible for providing visitors with a series of walks on the Blue Tier where nature and history combine for a very memorable experience.

So take advantage of the knowledge stored in the heads of those associated with the History Room and learn about Aborigines, pioneers, tin miners, Chinese and shipping history.

Guides are also available to travel in visiting coaches. Bushwalking guides who know the area will be only too pleased to show off the countryside.
