| IN BRIEF |
The Tasman Peninsula in TasmaniaĦs South-East is the most
historic corner of Tasmania. Here you will find many legacies of the
StateĦs convict days.
The peninsula was named after Abel Taman who landed at Dunalley in 1642. It has spectacular walking tracks through forest, wilderness, rainforest, coast beaches and rugged coastline formations. A loop road links the attractions in the towns and villages. |
